Samples are typically processed on the same day, if received by 6:00 PM. Results are then available the following day. (24-hour turnaround). For local customers (San Francisco Bay Area) we provide a pick up service which means that we can retrieve your samples in the afternoon, and have the results in your inbox before you arrive at your desk the next morning! With our RCA24 service, you can go from colony to sequence in 24 hours. (Turn around time only applies to local customers who schedule a pickup for 10:00 AM by 5:00 PM one business day in advance).
We are known for our high standards and accurate DNA sequencing. We use the state-of-the art ABI 3730XL capillary DNA sequencer to sequence your samples. If there is any doubt about the integrity of your results, we will re-sequence your samples free of charge. Our helpful staff is always available to answer your questions and help you troubleshoot your difficult sequencing projects.
By using our best in the industry Online Ordering System, you can expect to get your results as soon as they are done running on the sequencer. This means that data is often returned before you get to your desk in the morning. Orders initiated on Friday are normally ready on Saturday morning. (Saturday Delivery of results only applies to orders that are placed online).
