Turbo PCR sequencing is a methodology developed here at Sequetech specifically for hard-to-sequence PCR products. PCR products are subject to challenges that typically do not impact plasmids. One of those problems is the formation of spurious amplification products, which can lead to multiple, overlapping sequences early in the read. Our Turbo PCR sequencing method was formulated to resolve this and other issues, particularly with larger or hard to amplify PCR products.
