Primer Walking – Single Strand Coverage
Use this service for obtaining extended regions of sequence data from a single-strand of plasmids, PCR products, single-strand templates and larger constructs such as Lambda and BAC clones.   Primer design and sequence assembly are included.

Primer Walking – Double Strand Coverage
Use this service for obtaining extended regions of sequence data from both strands of plasmids, PCR products, and larger constructs such as Lambda and BAC clones.   Primer design and sequence assembly are included.   The accuracy of this sequence data is guaranteed by virtue of complete complementarity between the two strands.

Single Primer Extension
Use this service for single sequencing reactions of plasmids, PCR products, single-strand templates and larger constructs such as Lambda and BAC clones.   Sequence assembly is not included.
